    Grace Like Rain

    Our God is faithful and good and His grace falls like gentle rain. The Great Physician has been with Becky, our house is SOLD, we are moving to a lovely bungalow in Colborne, recently celebrated the graduation of Daniel and Rachel, and we continue to follow where the LORD is leading.

    On behalf of our family we would like to convey our appreciation for the prayers, generosity, and provisions poured out upon Becky and our family at this time. Your generosity will enable us to cover all of Becky's uncovered expenses, as well as providing a fund to make up the income she lost by not being able to work this summer. Special thanks to ALL who reached out to her in her time of need. May the LORD bless you!

    Special thanks also to the Princess Margaret Cancer Lodge for providing a healing place for Becky to stay during the week, and to the Canadian Cancer Society for providing her transportation to and from home for the weekends. For ALL who have partnered with us during this journey!

    You don't know me. We attend Fellowship Baptist Church in Cobourg, I thought it might encourage you to know that I have been praying for Becky since I first heard about her tumour. I was encouraged to hear on Sunday that she is feeling a bit better and would even like to help with our VBS this month. I know that people still talk about the great job she did with the kids last summer.

    I will continue to pray.

    Dear Dave, Barb, Becky, and all my special Smith family. Praise God for truly His grace, love, mercy, healing, compassion and provisions have poured down at thiis time in your life. " He leads me beside still waters, He restores my soul." I love how He kept all His promises for you and is such a Faithful God. I remember one of the last sermons that you preached Pastor Dave at our church, it was about God being that strong tower for us to run to and that He is more then able to do all and more then we could ever imagine. Please trust always that I will continue to keep you in prayer you have all been such a blessing to me.
    Always keep me in the loop and feel comfortable to ask for prayer and whatever other way I can help out.
    May God continue to richly bless you and cover you with His protection and unconditonal love.
